Parents‎ > ‎

It is natural that at some time, you may be concerned about some aspect of your child's education. We consider it to be an important part of our job to deal with your concerns as soon as they arise.

Step 1

Discuss your concerns with your child's class teacher either before or after school, and aim to resolve the issue in this way. It may sometimes be appropriate to book an appointment through the school office to ensure your child's class teacher is available.

Step 2

If you feel that your concern has not been addressed then make an appointment with the Headteacher to discuss a way forward.

Step 3

The next step is to write to the Chair of Governors, who will take forward any discussion to the appropriate level.

Remember: We want parents to feel welcome and involved in our Academy and their child's education, so please talk to us if you have concerns and we will do our best to resolve them.
